A group of fishermen in Yemen came across a sperm whale carcass floating in the Gulf of Aden, netting them the life-changing sum of $1.5 million.
Ambergris is made inside the intestines of a small number of sperm whales, and is also used in perfume production.
Although sperm whales are a vulnerable species, ambergris is considered a waste product so it can be sold in some countries.
