A huge dam in the Russian-controlled area of southern Ukraine was destroyed two weeks ago, unleashing a flood.
Thousands of people were evacuated from low-lying areas either side of the river Dnipro.
Moscow says it had nothing to do with the destruction of the Kakhovka dam in, and has accused Ukraine of firing missiles at it.
