President Volodymyr Zelensky said the Ukrainian counter-offensive against Russian forces has made advances on all fronts.
It comes after Russia’s President Vladimir Putin made his first TV address on Monday evening following Yevgeny Prigozhin’s rebellion on Saturday.
Putin said the leaders of last weekend’s Wagner mutiny wanted "to see Russia choked in bloody strife".
Chief of the mercenary group Prigozhin said his short-lived rebellion was a response to government plans to take direct control of Wagner. He agreed to leave Russia for Belarus after calling off his troops.
