Russia’s Putin to hold first major news conference since start of Ukraine war – BBC News


Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold his first major news conference since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The event will be carried live on all main Russian television channels. Putin will also take questions from the public and journalists – including journalists from Western countries branded “unfriendly” by Russia.

It comes as EU leaders gathered in Brussels to discuss further funding for Ukraine.
