Russia says it’s withdrawing troops from Ukraine border, what does it mean? – BBC News


Russia has made two statements in the last two days that it is withdrawing some forces from the Ukraine border. However Nato leaders however say that they have not seen any deescalation on the ground.

Both Russia and the West say that the diplomatic door is still open but there are still concerns about the future in Ukraine.
