The Duke of Cambridge has said the royals are "very much not a racist family" in his first comments following accusations by Prince Harry and Meghan in a TV interview.
Speaking on a visit in east London, Prince William said he had not yet spoken to his brother but will do so.
In their TV interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan said Harry had been asked by an unnamed family member "how dark" their son Archie’s skin might be.
Both Prince Harry and Meghan refused to say who made the comment – but Harry later clarified that it was not the Queen or the Duke of Edinburgh.
Buckingham Palace said the claim was "concerning" and would be dealt with privately.
