Refugees flee Ukraine: ‘Our house was bombed from the air. It was terrible’ – BBC News


BBC correspondent Kasia Madera is at the Polish border with Ukraine where refugees are fleeing the Russian invasion.

At the border, volunteers have travelled from around the world help with the humanitarian crisis.

Kasia talked to a Danish man who has travelled from his home in England to help the refugees and to a woman who has escaped Ukraine with her two-year-old son after their house was bombed. They have left her husband behind to stay and fight.
