Czech police say 10 people have been killed and dozens injured in a shooting at a university in central Prague.
Police say the gunman has been "eliminated" and that the building is being evacuated.
Reports suggest the incident occurred at Charles University, located on Jan Palach Square.
University staff were told to "stay put", barricade themselves in rooms and turn off the lights, Reuters reported.
