In the eastern Ukraine city of Mariupol just 30 miles from the Russian border there are no empty shelves or panic buying.
But Mariupol lies just outside territory that is controlled by Russian backed separatists. There are still 1.5 million internally displaced people who were forced to flee after the war started in 2014 and they fear that they may be forced to flee again.
