The Russian opposition leader and Kremlin critic, Alexei Navalny, has been detained by police after returning to Russia.
Mr Navalny left his country last year after being poisoned with a Novichok-type nerve agent — an attack which he blames on the Russian authorities.
He flew back to Russia from Germany where he had been receiving medical treatment but was immediately arrested by police at passport control.
