Evidence of an alleged mass grave, torture to civilians and illegal prisons have been uncovered since Ukraine liberated Kherson from Russia, according to officials.
Russian forces had held the city for the last eight months.
Investigators in the city say they have discovered "illegal prisons and torture chambers" they claim were used on civilians and Ukrainian officials who protested against Russia’s occupation of the city.
Moscow has strongly denied committing war crimes during its invasion of Ukraine.
