How rose farms in Kenya are using AI to battle climate change | BBC News


Kenya is famous for its roses, but like most places, it’s not immune to the effects of climate change.

Rising temperatures, extreme droughts and flash floods are affecting crop yields.

In fact, just a couple of years ago, some Kenyan farms reported losses as high as 50% due to the impact of heavy downpours.

Many farmers are now relying on technology and AI to help care for their crop.
