On the first anniversary of the murder of George Floyd, members of his family have met President Biden, and in Minneapolis a celebration of his life has taken place.
The African-American was killed in the city by a white police office, Derek Chauvin, who knelt on George Floyd’s neck for more than nine minutes.
His death led to global protests against racism and police brutality.
