Donald Trump is projected to have won the state of Arizona, giving the Republican all seven swing states in the US presidential election.
After four days of vote counting, the final US state has declared its result, giving Trump a final electoral college vote total of 312, while Kamala Harris got 226.
There is still one branch of Congress to be decided, with Republicans currently leading the race to control the House of Representatives.
Earlier, President-elect Trump ruled out re-hiring administration officials Nikki Haley and Mike Pompeo for his second White House term.
