UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has delivered his statement in the House of Commons following publication of Sue Gray’s interim findings.
He said he accepted the findings of the report and said: "We must look at ourselves in the mirror and we must learn."
Sue Gray said 16 events fell within her investigation’s remit, of which 12 are now being investigated by the Met police.
The senior civil servant said some events "should not have been allowed to take place".
Boris Johnson has responded saying he was making changes to how Downing Street and the Cabinet Office is run, so they can get on with the job of government.
