Japan has set a goal to have more than 30% female board members in organisations listed on the top-tier Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange by 2030.
Since the age of Abenomics, there has been an increase in the number of female entrepreneurs in Japan, but cultural expectations are still holding many back.
