At least four people are known to have died trying to cross the Belarus-Poland border in temperatures well below freezing.
This group are stranded in a forest and are forced to sleep outside in sub-zero temperatures.
EU members Poland, Latvia and Lithuania have each declared a state of emergency amid a surge of thousands of people trying to cross from Belarus.
